The second Plenary Speaker is Dr. Gumawang Djati, M.A., senior lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia. The third Plenary Speaker is R. Alpha Amirrachman, M.Phil.Ed., Ph.D., Director of SEAMOLEC, Indonesia.
